Our puppy academy package is the chance for your puppy to build their confidence for grooming throughout their lives.
Puppies are able to come for their first treatment after their second set of vaccinations.
Allowing your puppy to become desensitised to different people touching them, being bathed, having their feet touched, their teeth brushed and more will help your puppy through their first fear stage.
Imprinting your puppy to grooming in a positive fun way is vital to making them comfortable in this environment. It will reduce anxiety and fear of coming to be groomed, you will be able to drop them off knowing they are safe and going to enjoy having their treatment or when they are older getting their cool new up-to-date hair do.

Every doggo deserves a special day on their birthday or gotcha day or are they just the most wonderful dog and any excuse to give them a special day will do.
VIP Arrival
On arrival you dog will be taken into one of our private day-care rooms for a 15-minute interactive play with their groomer, this will build confidence between your dog and their groomer.
They will then be taken through to their comfy soft bed and given a refreshing drink of water and their first homemade treat of the day.
While they are enjoying their treat their groomer will be preparing the hydrobath area.
Treatment Schedule
Treatment begins with warm hydro bath using our Serenity spa package shampoo. (Our Spa range is not available with other washes and is exclusive to our Spa treatment packages)
After a warm gentle rinse, we apply our conditioner with our fortifying repair booster and start their full body massage. Kisses and you’re the best dog comments come free of charge.
Once fully relaxed after their hydrobath and massage they are wrapped in a warm towel and taken to their soft bed for their 10 minute facial, and relaxing head massage.
Your relaxed and happy doggo will then be taken to the drying table for a full blow dry and brush using a beautiful moisturizing serum making their coat beautiful and soft so all their frens know they have been for a spa day.
To complete the spa side of their treatment a pawdicure with a natural paw ointment to moisturizer and protect their pads is applied.
To end their special day a spray of cologne and photo taken in front of one of our photo backdrops to remember their special day.
You doggo will have photos taken throughout their treatment and a finished photo in front of our photo wall.

Capture the moments and memories of your doggo through our photo sessions.
Throughout the year we will offer private photo sessions for all the special occasions, as well as cusom themes by request.
Valentines Day, Easter, Howlaween, Christmas, New Years and of course birthdays and gotcha days.
